Interart Galerie Exhibition Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Flat planes in strong colour, the gallery name in a modern sans-serif across the top, dates tucked small beneath. Gallery posters of the post-war decades had to announce a show to a street where dozens of others were being announced the same way, hence abstraction, strong colour and tight typography.

Breakfast Art Poster

From: 90,00 zł
The kitchen still life is a tradition of its own: what sits on the table says who lives there. Here a pan is seen from directly above, three eggs just set, a torn slip below reading „o Gusto!” and a pale blue ground behind. The light comes from nowhere in

Jazz Jamboree 1969 Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Overlapping shapes, warm and cool colour pushed together, lettering set by hand and slightly irregular, no instrument, no face, only movement held inside a frame. Jazz Jamboree was the Warsaw festival that from the late 1950s gave Polish graphic designers a subject they could take seriously. Improvisation, printed cheaply and

Le Corbusier Modulor Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Embrace the essence of modernist design with the Le Corbusier Modulor Poster, a tribute to his visionary architectural philosophy.

Le Corbusier Art Exhibition 1953 Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A bull drawn from flat shapes and one continuous line, the body built out of black against a coloured ground, horns reduced to two strokes, the lettering in condensed capitals. The motif returns again and again in the drawings of the architect who made this sheet, part animal, part sign,

Yayoi Kusama Window Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A frame filled with repeating shapes seen as though through an opening, the pattern continuing past the edges of the view. The composition belongs to Yayoi Kusama’s graphic work, in which a repeating field builds space without perspective: instead of a horizon an edge, instead of depth repetition.

Cheese Advertisement Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A wedge of cheese with a warm saturated surface, a board suggested beside it, lettering in a friendly arc. Food advertising found its language early: show the product large, show it warm, show the human gesture of cutting or serving, because that is what makes a picture appetising.

Iconic Basquiat Art Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A head built up in layers: a ground of one strong colour, a drawing laid over it, then words and signs pushed into the same space until the face carries as much writing as likeness. The vocabulary comes from the street rather than the studio: tags, lists, borrowed symbols, letters

Japan Railways Travel Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Mountains in flat layers, a foreground suggesting a platform, the sky left almost empty and the lettering tucked into a corner. Japan's railways sold scenery rather than speed, and the designers who made these sheets applied European modernism to a Japanese landscape with unusual economy. Emptiness here is not a

Michelin Tires Vintage Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Two tyres drawn as overlapping discs, treads suggested by a few curved lines, lettering loud beneath them, the whole sheet built from circles. Early tyre advertising had a problem other products did not: the object being sold was invisible on the road, so designers made the tyre itself the hero.

Colorful Kanji Harmony Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A graphic built from five vertical strips of brush writing, black, red, green, blue, yellow, each column of characters overlapping its neighbour. The colours are printed flat, so the script reads as pattern before it reads as language. Wide walls and low furniture suit it best. The characters were written

Vintage Heron Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A heron in shallow water, fine line, flat muted colour, the background reduced to reeds and a band of sky, the bird placed off-centre. Natural history illustration was made for people who would never see the animal alive and it worked to a strict standard: one silhouette, accurate proportions, no

Le Corbusier Abstract Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Discover a Le Corbusier Abstract Poster that encapsulates the revolutionary design ethos of the iconic architect. Featuring a bold and abstract design, this poster reflects Le Corbusier's unique perspective on blending organic shapes with structured forms. A statement piece for enthusiasts of modern art and architecture, it offers an enduring

Haanstra Fanfare Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A crowded, hand-drawn village scene in bright colour, figures and instruments pushed together until the sheet is full, the title in bold capitals across the middle. The poster for Bert Haanstra’s 1958 comedy belongs to the painted age of European film advertising: flat colour, comic faces, a joke readable from

Kung Fu Halloween Poster

From: 90,00 zł
The Kung Fu Halloween Poster brings the punch of old-school kung fu movies and the spirit of Halloween together. With its lively action and vibrant colors, it's a perfect way to add some vintage flair and seasonal fun to your space.

Attack of the 50 Ft Woman Poster

From: 90,00 zł
An enormous figure towering over a road, cars scattered below her like toys, the perspective deliberately wrong so the scale cannot be argued with. Drive-in posters had one job, to sell a ticket in three seconds, and they did it with scale, colour and a promise the film rarely delivered.

24 Le Mans 1959 Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A racing car standing still while a driver climbs in, the crowd reduced to flecks of colour and the flags to quick strokes, the car and the helmet the only solid red on the sheet. Endurance racing posters had to sell two ideas at once: the machine and the human

Forbidden Planet Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Planète Interdite: Robby the Robot carrying a woman in an orange swimsuit across a rocky landscape, a flying saucer above them, a starburst on the horizon and a starry blue sky. MGM, Cinemascope en couleurs, and the cast listed along the bottom. Pigment print on 210 gsm Hahnemühle paper, sizes from

Rolling Stones Love You Live Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Lettering that behaves like a poster for a show rather than a cover for a record: the title stacked and tilted, the band’s name above it, the sheet built from type and one strong colour. Love You Live was the Rolling Stones’ live album of 1977, recorded in Paris, Toronto

Rotterdam-South America Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Ocean liners sold distance the way airlines later sold speed and a route from Rotterdam to South America was a promise worth drawing. This one does it with modern lines, a ship reduced to silhouette and a horizon that tilts. It suits a study or a hallway with a travel

Intergalactic Ramen Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A bowl of noodles treated as a graphic object: bowl as shape, noodles as lines, steam as a few curves, the background in a colour that has nothing to do with food. Japanese food graphics have a long tradition of making the ordinary look strange and desirable at once.

Hartley Floral Art Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Flowers arranged as emblems rather than as a bouquet: heavy outlines, saturated colour, stems and petals stacked frontally until depth disappears. Marsden Hartley painted flowers late in a career spent moving between Europe and America, giving them the same construction he used for insignia, uniforms and his memorial paintings.

Urban Expression Basquiat Art Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A figure assembled from parts rather than described, with sketches, lists and diagrams crowding the wall behind it as though the notebook page had become the picture, the face the only area modelled with care. This way of painting people comes out of the street rather than the studio: a

Abstract Hartley Art Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Bold shapes stacked and outlined in black, colour pushed forward, the composition as frontal and symmetrical as a flag, nothing modelled. Marsden Hartley used the vocabulary of European modernism, flat planes, heavy outlines, to describe emblem, insignia and memorial and the work reads as both abstraction and sign.

Hungry Godzilla Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A creature drawn at the scale of a city block, jaws open, buildings reduced to small shapes below, colour saturated, the whole sheet on a low angle. Japanese kaiju posters of the 1950s and 1960s established that grammar and the imagery travelled worldwide as a language needing no translation.

Yayoi Kusama Butterfly Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A butterfly drawn over a dark ground, its wings built from rows of small pale dots rather than from outline or shading, so the insect eventually stops separating from the field behind it. The dot has been this artist's central device since the 1950s, a way of dissolving a shape

Keep Your Fire Escapes Clear Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A warning reduced to a graphic: simple drawing, large blunt lettering, colour used to demand attention rather than to please. Mid-century civic signage applied the same discipline as commercial posters, because the message had to work without anyone choosing to look. It was read by people walking past at speed,

Yayoi Kusama Flowers Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A cluster of blossoms filling the sheet, every petal patterned with small dots and every stem drawn as a curve, so the flowers read as a single organism. Flowers appear throughout this artist's work as a subject that can be simplified until it becomes a pattern and then repeated until

Circle of Men Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Figures arranged around a centre, drawn as simple verticals with heads suggested by one curve, hands joined, the circle is the composition and the people define it. The ring of joined figures appears on posters for unions, festivals and campaigns because it says the same thing in every language.

Tricolor Balloon Poster

From: 90,00 zł
Tricolor Balloon Poster is a beautiful representation of the pioneering era of hot air ballooning, featuring a detailed illustration of the "Le Tricolore" balloon, a symbol of adventure and the human spirit of exploration. With its vintage aesthetic and meticulous detail, this poster captures the essence of a bygone era,

Picasso Boy Swimming Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A boy's face framed by a swim ring, the ring drawn as a bold circle of alternating colour and the water left as two flat tones behind him. The image comes from the Mediterranean years of a painter who spent summers working beside the sea, and it shows the lighter

Frida Exhibition Poster

From: 90,00 zł
A portrait composed rather than observed: the face frontal, hair and clothing treated as pattern, leaves and flowers arranged so the frame becomes part of the subject. Mexican painting of the first half of the twentieth century used the portrait as a stage, drawing on folk art and on votive

Colorful posters: saturated ink, on purpose

Before colour was a lifestyle, it was a selling tool. Posters were printed in four or five flat inks because that was what a press could run, and the limitation produced images that shout from across a room without a single gradient. That is still the most reliable way to brighten a wall: not a photograph with the saturation pushed up, but a design built out of flat areas.

What is in this collection

How to put colour on a wall without wrecking it

One is a statement, two are a pair, five are a mess — unless the five share a palette. The rule that saves most walls is to let a single poster carry the colour and keep everything around it quiet: white paint, wood, one plant, nothing else framed.

If you want more than one, pick them by the dominant hue rather than by subject. Three prints built on red-orange will read as a collection even when one is a car race and another is a film bill; three prints in unrelated bright hues will read as clutter no matter how good each one is.

Frames change the colour

A black frame raises contrast and makes flat ink look harder, which suits the advertising and film sheets. A thin oak frame softens everything and is the better choice for the travel and food posters. A wide white mount is the third option, and the one that lets a very loud print sit in a calm room without dominating it.

Keep the poster out of direct sun: flat areas of ink fade evenly, and an evenly faded poster looks like a printing error rather than an old print. For a quieter palette with the same era, see travel; for the concert side, music; if you are choosing a colour to build a room around, start from the colour index.

Sizes, paper and delivery

Pigment print on 210 gsm Hahnemühle paper, sizes from 30×40 to 70×100 cm plus A3 and A2. Frame not included. Orders leave the studio within 24 business hours and arrive in 3–5 working days inside the EU, in a tracked tube.
