We ship orders using GLS. All shipments come with track and trace services, allowing you to monitor your delivery’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Delivery Times: We process all orders within 1-2 business days.
GLS Home Delivery:
- EU: 3-5 working days
- Rest of EU: 3-6 working days
All our products are sent as trackable packages. We kindly request that you inspect the contents upon delivery. If the package or its contents are damaged upon arrival, please notify your carrier immediately.
CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT:
For orders outside the EU (excluding Norway and England), you may be required to pay additional taxes and duties in the destination country. Posterfusion is not responsible for these charges or any fees imposed by Customs or the carrier. The carrier will inform you of any extra charges or customs clearance requirements, which could cause a delay in delivery. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to settle these additional charges.
