Fusion Gallery is the part of the collection made here rather than found: series drawn for the shop, released in groups, the only place where one hand works in two directions at once.
Whales, a field of blues with the animals moving through it at their own pace is built out of tone alone and asks for a bare wall. The floral study from the same series, a stylised silhouette on a geometric ground with flowers in the corners keeps its shapes sharper. A koala on a sky-blue ground, drawn in a thick black line with flat grey fur comes from the animal series, where the subject is allowed to be funny.
They were drawn to sit beside each other.
