Warhol designed the sleeve as an object to be handled — the original had a peelable skin — and the poster keeps the flatness that made it work: one shape, one colour, one line of type.
The banana is printed slightly off-register, with the stencil texture left in, which is what stops it looking like a sticker.
It suits a music room, a studio or a hallway. 50×70 cm; the black type is heavy enough to read from a distance.
